Our TPE car floor mats are crafted through a meticulous production process using advanced equipment. Initially, high-quality Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) granules, known for their excellent durability and flexibility, are fed into state of the art injection molding machines.

These machines precisely control the temperature and pressure to ensure the TPE material is evenly distributed. Once injected into custom-designed molds, which are engineered according to various car models' footwell dimensions, the TPE takes shape. After the molding process, the mats go through a trimming stage with automated cutting equipment to achieve clean, accurate edges.

Subsequently, an anti-slip texture is added using specialized embossing machinery. This multi-step production, combined with top-tier equipment, guarantees that each TPE car floor mat is of premium quality, fitting perfectly and providing long-lasting performance.
